Ukulele 2 was created for intermediate ukulele players to take their playing to the next level. This course is a natural progression from beginner ukulele lessons. It's perfect for you if you know the basic ukulele chords and can strum simple songs. During the next 12 weeks, Emily, your talented ukulele instructor, will be teaching you primarily worship songs with a few fun classics thrown in. If you are looking to improve your strumming techniques and chord transitions, this is the course for you!

Meet Your Instructor!
Cousin Emily is the daughter of National Fiddle Champion, Rudi Booher— Katie’s Uncle, and one of Elisha’s first fiddle teachers! Small world.
Emily Jo Booher grew up in and around music. Whether playing with her siblings, at her local church, or for the villagers of Ecuador where she serves as a missionary, Emily plays with excellence to the glory of God.
As a multi-instrumentalist, Emily is able to adapt her playing to the situation at hand in the most complimentary manner. On the Ukulele she is able to dazzle with flashy solos or enhance a band's arrangement by playing a supportive role. When Emily is not in the jungles of Ecuador or Bolivia, she lives with her family in Wyoming and manages the family coffee shop.

When does the course start and finish?
The course is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. You will receive one lesson per week to encourage consistency but once the lesson is released you have access to it until you unsubscribe.
How long do I have access to the course?
Voetberg Music Academy is a subscription based online academy. You will have access to this course on any and all devices you own and will be charged monthly as long as you are subscribed to the course.
What age-range is this course directed at?
We recommend this course for anyone 8 years old to 108 years old. Younger students will need more parental guidance.
